The Flaming Gorge National Rec Area is huge, and since half of it runs through Utah and the other half through Wyoming, each adult 14 years and older will be required to have either a Utah or Wyoming resident or non resident fishing license. Most of the season a low cost reciprocating stamp is also recommended. This allows you to fish both Wyoming and Utah water on Flaming Gorge for 365 days from date of purchase.

A $2 parking pass is required at all marinas and launches regardless of the state.
